Lol, watch the video first (it’s very short). Essentially you remove the original mini tube and slide this one over the pump mandrel…make sure you push it above the shoulder so it stays on…really simple if you watch the video 😄 I now have a gallon of soap to draw from…!

Would have been nice to know by means of an “arrow” the flow direction of the check valve to take the investigative time to determine that fact.

Amazing fix for soap dispensers. Easy to install and pump loads of soap from the dispenser, last practically forever. It was an amazing buy. Very happy with it.
